Cancellation of Recurring Subscriptions and Split-Pay Purchases:

To cancel your recurring subscription or a split-pay purchase, please submit a cancellation request through our support desk located within the software dashboard at or directly notify us at [email protected].

Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will promptly:

  • Cancel your account to prevent any future billings.
  • Remove your access from any ongoing training courses.
  • Process a refund for your purchase, if applicable as per our refund policy.

For Initial Purchases: If your cancellation request is within the first 14 days from the original purchase date, you are eligible for our no-questions-asked refund as outlined in our refund policy.

For Recurring Subscriptions, Split-Pay Purchases, MJ Roll-Over Credits: Please note that while we will cease all future billings upon cancellation, refunds are not available for ongoing subscription payments or credits made after the initial purchase date. The refund is applicable only to the first and original payment.
